Every dish is inspired by Daniel's mother's homemade cooking. Over the years guests have enjoyed generous stacks of delicious pancakes (sweet, buckwheat or whole-wheat), crêpes filled with fruit, omelettes, scrambled, over easy, sunny side up or hard boiled eggs, served with sausages, ham and/or bacon, baked beans… - all prepared freshly and with the proverbial “joie de vivre” of Daniel. And not to forget – Petra's home made jam and also lots of real maple syrup from the province of Quebec!!!
Excellent bakeries and bagel-shops located nearby give us the added opportunity to offer to our guests a wider range of delicacies like croissants (butter, chocolate, almond, marzipan), nut bread, cheese bread, and of course baguettes...
A selection of fresh fruits and yogurt are also provided each morning.
A variety of beverages is served with breakfast: fruit juices, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café au lait, hot chocolate and also a wide selection of teas.
For those with alimentary constraints like allergies, religious beliefs, dietary or vegetarian lifestyle, etc., we will pander accordingly to make your stay likewise enjoyable.
We serve breakfast between 8am and 10am. The kitchen closes at 10am.
